What Law 10113 does
- States its aim as regulating access to cannabis and derivatives exclusively for medical and therapeutic use, and authorizing hemp for food and industrial use.
- Gives the Ministerio de Agricultura y Ganadería (MAG) and the Ministerio de Salud their own areas of control.
- Says that conduct beyond the authorized parameters is handled under other laws, including the General Health Law and Law 8204 on narcotics and psychotropic substances.
